For my third flash sheet, the centerpiece is what dictated the theme of the rest of the drawings. As I drew around the meditating skeleton, focusing on line, dots, and pattern, I found the imagery was mystical, reminiscent of a medicine mans shrine intended for ritual/ceremonial purposes. I found the ethereal drawings accurately reflect my perspective regarding spirituality, that the ultimate reality beyond our illusory sensory perception is as incomprehensible to humans as surrealism is absurd.
